Val Vista Lakes is an enclave in the middle of Mesa. it is obviously a rather well-heeled community, judging from the size of the houses and the fact that it is affiliated with the Val Vista country club. the area is pristine and clean, and obviously taken well care of. Have a look. They even have water front property, in the middle of the desert no less.
