Great pictures come to us sometimes by pure luck ... but most times by an intense desire to produce a unique image that hasn't been seen before.
It can entail hours of preparation and waiting for that precise moment when the camera captures the image desired, when the various elements that go into the making of a first class photograph all come together at the same time.
Hopefully you will appreciate the expertise and patience that went into the making of these images. Although I have some of my pictures in this gallery I still sincerely wish that I had the skill to make the pictures from this gallery that aren't mine. It's a humbling experience to know you still have a long way to go to become as good as the other photographers represented here.
